• Website Security Compromise: When SMS Law approached us, their WordPress site had been compromised and was redirecting to inappropriate sites, including gambling and other unsuitable destinations.
• Severe Malware Infection: The backend of their site was riddled with viruses and malicious code, making it a challenge to secure and clean up effectively. This was particularly damaging for a legal firm, as it directly impacted their credibility and reputation.

• Comprehensive Cleanup: We undertook the task of stripping down the infected elements of the site, removing as many security vulnerabilities as possible. This involved deep cleaning of the WordPress backend to remove the malware and restore normal functionality.
• Security Enhancement: To prevent future issues, we implemented stronger security measures and monitoring tools to protect against further breaches while maintaining the site's performance.
• Rebuild Plan: Despite our best efforts, the depth of the infection indicated that a complete website rebuild would be the most effective long-term solution. We proposed a rebuild in Webflow, scheduled for December 2025, to provide SMS Law with a fresh start on a more secure and modern platform.
